Agents

The "Agents" page is exclusively accessible to Admins. All the Agents' names will reflect on the relevant forms on the "Accounts" and "Company Profile" page.

  1. View Agents List

    • The page displays a list of agents.

    • It includes their name and the date when they were added.

  2. Add Agents

    • Admins can add new agents to the intranet through this page.

  3. Edit User Details

    • Admins can update or modify the details of existing agents.

Adding an Agent

  1. Open the Add Agent Form

    • Click on the "Add" button located at the top-right side of the page.

  2. Enter Agent Details

    • Fill in the following fields in the form:

      • First Name

      • Last Name

      • Email

  3. Submit the Form

    • Click the "Add User" button at the bottom-right side of the form.

  4. Password Setup Link

    • A link will be sent to the agent's email, allowing them to set their password.

Editing an Agent's Details

  1. Select an Agent

    • Click on the user whose details you want to edit.

  2. Update Information

    • Modify or update the necessary fields in the form.

  3. Save Changes

    • Click the "Update User" button located at the bottom-right side of the form.

Deleting an Agent

  1. Select an Agent

    • Click on the agent you want to delete.

  2. Initiate Deletion

    • Click on the "Delete" button located at the bottom left side of the form.

  3. Confirm Deletion

    • A pop-up window will appear, asking for confirmation of your action.

  4. Delete the Agent

    • Click on the "Continue" button to confirm and delete the agent.
